Table of Contents

Introduction

We are thrilled to share some remarkable news with our valued community of customers, partners, and supporters. After years of hard work, innovation, and relentless dedication, Rewardworks has been acquired. The management team along with like-minded investors have created a new company, Interopay Inc. and acquired Rewardworks that will propel us into an exciting new chapter.

A Perfect Match

In 2003, our company began with a vision to revolutionize Accounts Payables departments everywhere, turning them into a profit center by partnering cutting-edge B2B Payment Automation solutions with best-in-class Vendor Enablement services. Our vision meant we were early entrants into AP Automation, and while in the early years our commitment occasionally wavered, our vision stayed consistent, and eventually, the market arrived. Investors have partnered with management and come together with a shared passion, recognizing the potential of what has been built to acquire Rewardworks and move us into the future.

The Journey Continues

Moving forward, we will have a commitment to being a cloud-first series of solutions, providing the highest payment success rate for self-managed AP Automation solutions serving mid-market businesses. We will have the necessary tools to scale our operations, expand our reach, and refactor our solutions to efficiently engage an even wider audience. We are confident this will fuel our growth and allow us to make an even more significant impact on the efficiency, security, and transparency for businesses and their payment teams.

Unwavering Commitment to Our Customers

While this buyout and acquisition represents a significant shift, one thing remains constant: our unwavering commitment to our customers. Our dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and tailored solutions remains our top priority. We will continue to listen to your needs, incorporate your feedback, and enhance our offerings to ensure we exceed your expectations. We are highly committed to our 5 core values:

  • Pursue Growth
  • Be Curious
  • Exercise Empathy
  • Make an Impact
  • Know our Business

A Bright Future Ahead

We are excited about the future possibilities that lie ahead. As part of this broader transaction, a new company, Interopay Inc., has been funded and formed to make the buyout possible. We are eager to capitalize on our history and expertise while leaning into the future of business payments.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to our customers, partners, and supporters who have been with us throughout this incredible journey. Your trust, loyalty, and feedback have been instrumental, and we are excited to bring you along on this next phase of our adventure.

Conclusion

As we enter this new chapter in our history, we are filled with anticipation and excitement for the endless possibilities that lie ahead. Our buyout and acquisition make us ready to embark on an accelerated journey towards innovation, growth, and positive change.

Thank you for being a part of our story so far, and we can’t wait to share the remarkable achievements we will accomplish together in the future. Stay tuned for more updates and exciting announcements as we shape the future of technology together.
