Our goal is to be transparent to our customers and our pricing. Along with the monthly or annual subscription you agree on there is no additional fee that needs to be paid.

If you subscribed to a package using credit card for your payments, please contact one of our sales team members. For check or ACH payment type you can move tiers as it fits your needs. 

Yes, but only if you signed for autopay. 

If you changed your mind, you can cancel your subscription plan by reaching out to your customer success manager. 

Yes, however if you have already paid for the entire year we do not reimburse for the remaining time. 

Yes, returning customers would be charged an implementation fee of $650.
